Cass County criminal-record questions belong with the office that created or maintains the record. The Sheriff's Office handles deputy reports, booking information, jail custody, and local registry verification. The Circuit Clerk holds filed criminal cases and court copies. MSHP CJIS manages statewide criminal histories. This private reference site cannot retrieve, change, certify, or accept filings for any government record.

This Is Not a Government Office. Cass County Criminal History is privately operated. It cannot obtain an official record, perform a government check, correct or remove an entry, or receive an expungement petition. Contact the responsible public office directly.

Need an Official Record?

Use the record type to choose the proper Cass County or Missouri custodian:

  • Filed cases and certified dispositions: Cass County Circuit Clerk, Criminal Department, 816-380-8227 option 6; cass.criminal@courts.mo.gov or cass.copies@courts.mo.gov
  • Deputy arrest reports, bookings, jail status, and registry verification: Cass County Sheriff's Office, 816-380-8320; sheriff@casscounty.com
  • Statewide criminal histories and official name or fingerprint checks: Missouri State Highway Patrol CJIS through MACHS
  • City police reports: the Raymore, Belton, or Harrisonville police records unit that created the report
  • Missouri expungement petitions: the municipal, associate circuit, or circuit court where the charge or finding occurred
  • State custody and supervision records: Missouri Department of Corrections

Cass County Circuit Clerk: Cass County Justice Center, 2501 W. Mechanic Street, First Floor, Harrisonville, MO 64701; 816-380-8227. The clerk is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., including lunch. Use option 6 for the Criminal Department.
